counter offer is very normal under such a situation. but even without the
visa issues, and various issues with your new employer, it is rarely a
good idea to accept the counter offer, especially when the counter offer
only involves money.
the reason is simple, you are no longer a faithful employee to your current
company. you are a bad apple to management, setting bad examples to your
fellow workers. maybe now there are reasons to justify the 12k more to keep |
