seeing it, they I'd say you are over sensitive.
Ppl get headhunter calls now and then. You got their invitations or cold
calls because you are popular in the industry, which is a strong sign for
your career and your boss actually should be aware of it. I bet your boss
himself gets headhunter calls now and then too. I see my coworkers joining
various industry groups and adding head hunters on LinkedIn too. Really no
