go.
There are exceptions, for exceptional Chinese individuals. But most of us
won't be Sr. Director, VP or CxO for 2B$+ companies (F1000).
Hell, in those multinational co., even the asian-pacific or so called great-
china regional general managers are most likely ppl from HK/TW/SIGP.
If you wanna be executives, start-up is a better option i guess.

We are a fortune 500 company. Even for people here, I saw a few senior
directors, a couple in a similar to VP position but not VP. Of course the
ratio is very small, so is americans.
But for people from Euorpo, the ratio in higher level management is really
high.
