不是一个big deal？另外，我在现在公司刚好5年了，离开的时候福利方面该做些什么

depending on the employer.
5 years is a good starting mature points. As long as you leave company after
5 years points, ask your company to transfer
401 is very easy to roll over to next company 401

发帖数: 3693 | 3 You can withdraw your pension as lump sum cash (but have to pay steep taxes
& penalties) or roll it over to a retirement account. Or you can let it sit
until you retire and start withdrawing from it on a monthly basis. |

you can rollover it to another retirement account,or leave it along.
Same for 401K, if you have vested all the company's contribution, it is your
money, either roll over or leave it along.

company before serving for 5 yrs and he got none. Not even a penny.
