I'm going to go ahead and say that this could be a YMMV only because I'm not
sure if all CVS will allow you to use the manufacturer coupon with their
sale. If you're able to get the saving then you can get stuff for as low as
$1 (Note that you might not be able to use the coupon on anything less than
$8.99 because after their discount it'll be less than $5 and you need it to
be more than $5 to use the manufacturer coupon).
I'm not sure how much CVS set their prices but taking the prices off
