Submit MIR and wait. Amazon's price is $12.19/qt, so even though FSSS you
wouldn't get all your money back, but it would be convenient. Claims it
ships in 3-5 weeks so should be able to make the rebate deadline.
What I'm thinking this oil is best for is air-cooled small engines and
motorcycle engines, though it is API rated so should work in any street car.
It's at least listed on Autozone's web site, but you can't order it
through their website. NAPA is another possible source.
