twins preschool class and placed '2' of the same Dr. Seuss book in my
shopping cart and then proceeded to quickly check out. After I finished the
order (with PRIME), I noticed that the $8.99/each "SNOW" books I purchased
didn't come out to $17.98 like I expected. It only showed $8.99. I went
back and noticed that though I only purchased two, Amazon gave me one free!!
To test my theory I went back and purchased two more books "Put Me In the
Zoo" and checked out and sure enough at checkout it showed two books for $8.
99 instead of $17.98.
I then tried putting two individual books into my shopping cart, "Hop on Pop
" and "Green Eggs and Ham" - sure enough, when I go the checkout page it did
the same thing - Total: $8.99.
NOTE: I tried putting four books in, but it only took the price of one book
away.
So, in order for this deal to really work for you, you'd either have to
purchase some other items to get to $25 free shipping, or have a PRIME
account - because you are going to have to do multiple orders over and over
again to get various books.
