2. rate是 USPS店里的rate,不是online rate
3. 最黑的是，priority mail 加delivery confirmation 还要收0.80
4.慢，中午寄的，要明天晚上才看到在usps local sorted information
似乎是今天寄的，明天才来pick up
又贵又慢，如果不是有100% reward,鬼才用呢。 |

The only time I would use USPS is for First Class envelopes. |

box.
Small flat rate box is good but size is too small. |

有时还是便宜一点的。
