。来回交涉了2次以后，收到他们的来信。

Hello,
After further consideration, we've decided to reinstate your Amazon.com
account.
We want as many customers as possible to be able to enjoy the items we sell,
and so for some popular items we've limited the quantity that may be
purchased from our store. The Kindle sold on our web site is limited to 5
per customer. We've noticed that you have recently exceeded that limit with
your orders, so we've closed your Amazon.com account.
Please know that we have put these limits in place for several reasons and
to ensure a fair experience for all of our customers, we must enforce them.
When unusual account activity such as exceeding the limit comes to our
attention, we'll evaluate each account on a case by case basis to determine
if additional action or closing of the account is necessary.
