While doing biz on ebay, I have dealt with some return requests and/or
claims.(俗话说常在河边走，焉能不湿鞋）。 Most requests are reasonable,
whereas some are not. However, I have learnt to always stand in buyer's
shoes in dealing with every individual claim. Before you start handling each
claim, please try to calm down treat every buyer as a regular customer with
your sincerity. In most cases, buyer would become reasonable and willing to
resolve the case in a mutural satisfaction manner. However, in rare cases,
the buyer（s) was unreasonable the whole time. If you happen to run into
those cases, please evaluate your own time and cost against the total value
of the refund involved. For myself, I usually let go for anything under $100
, well, the bottomline can vary for 护士和神医。Also, If you have to fight a
case, please be focused and detailed(treat winning a case as a pretty lady/
big reward. That being said, you know what you should do... LOL.. My last
advice for all 战友 and myself, never let emotion get in the way.用一句潮语
