I have received delivery confirmation from USPS but no package. This package
was delivered to my office. This has happened the last time an amazon
purchase was shipped using USPS. Fedex and UPS don't have this issue. I need
to verify which address was on the label of the package. I've already
opened up a case with USPS who say the package was delivered at 11:50am
yesterday morning. The case number is ca112414375. Please follow up with
USPS to find out where they delivered the package. If I don't here from you
regarding this issue by end of day Friday (3/15). I will take the matter to
Amazon and ask for a refund. |

Sorry if my previous email was terse. This order was for my groomsmen. My
wedding is fast approaching and I will be forced to order seven more of
these if this package doesn't get found in the next day. |

After speaking with the front door guy and the mail room guy, seems like
USPS is notorious for issues with packages. I'm supposed to hear from the
USPS tomorrow on the matter. |

that there is nothing they can do beyond that. I have no recourse with them
so I am forced to seek a refund. |

发帖数: 3868 | 12 Amazon has the package as being delivered by Monday the 18th. The tracking
on amazon's site as well as USPS says it was delivered. USPS says it
was delivered as well. I'm going to wait until Tuesday to seek a refund to
make sure I give enough time for everything to hopefully resolve itself. I
really would rather resolve this by figure out why I haven't received the
package but this was a very expensive order and I was surprised to see it
was shipped by USPS and without a required signature for delivery. |
