box with 2 or 3 other sellers, and now for the past week or two the buy box
belongs completely to one seller, even though I have perfect seller metrics.
I tried going a penny lower and bingo, I get the buy box.

30-50%. For some products, we are actually matching the lowest price (and we
are one of only two sellers of the products), but other seller(s) is/are
winning the buy box 100% of the time. We have the same metrics, same volume,
but it just happens the others have been selling on Amazon for a year or
two longer than us. Annoying.
I imagine (or hope) they will change it back because they will get stuck
with a lot of FBA inventory from sellers that can't sell!
Nonetheless, I say, for those that haven't, send a message to Amazon Seller
Support. I think (or hope to believe) they will have to do something if
there are too many complaints.

To whom it may concern,
In these days, I found there is some concerns on policy changes of Buybox
eligibility. Now only the particularly lowest price is being granted the
exclusive eligibility for the Buybox, which is obviously harmful to other
sellers. I strongly suggest you change the approach back, to distribute
Buybox eligibility more fairly, so as to make a unprejudiced-playing market.
