2 中国人力组
根据人力平台的记录, 2010 年度中国人力组共收到义工申请237份,发送欢迎信 237封,
转正新义工 109 人,了无音讯 115 人左右,OPT-OUT13 人。2010 年中国人力组的大部
份精力都花在了新申请义工身上。2011 年我们将在这方面进行调整,把重心回归到对于
义工的激励和培训方面。
3 会员和捐款人服务组
会员和捐款人服务组在 2010 年进行人员调整,万树慧和张睿两位活跃义工担任副组长,
对 整个组工作的协调安排和新义工的培训起到了重大作用。会员和捐款人服务组顺利
完成了本年度 捐款的处理和记录工作,保持了比较及时的处理速度。
4 募捐组
2010 年对于 OCEF 募捐组而言是充满挑战性的一年。从 2010 年年初的 Chase
Communi t y Gi v i n g 慈 善 募 捐 活 动 开 始 , 一 直 到 2 0 1 0 年 年 底
的 F a c e b o o k Ca u s e s 网 络 募 捐 , OCE F 收 到 捐 款 合 计$601,903.
61 美元。以下将分 4 部分总结回顾 2005- 2010 年的筹款状况。
2. Volunteers in China (Group)
According to the record (of 人力平台), the group in charge of Volunteers in
China received a total of 237 letters applying for volunteer opportunities,
replied to all those application letters, and welcomed the applicants to be
volunteers. Out of the 237 applicants, 109 became volunteers, 115 did not
respond further, and 13 opted out.
In 2010, the group responsible for Volunteers in China spent most of energy
on (training) the new volunteers. We are going to adjust our plans in 2011,
returning our focus to encouraging and training the volunteers.
3. Member and Donor Service (Group)
The group of Member and Donor Service underwent some personnel adjustments
in 2010, in which Wan Shuhui (万树慧) and ZhangRui (张睿), both active
volunteers, became the (new) associate captains of the group. This took
important and positive effects on the coordination of the work within the
group as well as on the training of new volunteers. The group of Member and
Donor Service successfully recorded the donations and successfully completed
the work of processing of the donations in timely fashion throughout the
current year.
4. Fundraising (Group)
2010 was a challenging year for the OCEF Fundraising Group. Our fundraising
activities started with the Chase Community Giving at the beginning of the
year, and ended with the Facebook Causes, which was an Internet fundraising
activity at the end of 2010. In total, OCEF raised $601,903.61 in 2010. In
the following 4 sections, we review and analyze the fundraising data and
status during 2005-2010. |
