首先，Due Diligence并没有做好，到事发前一周才发现Philidor，今天两封态度截然
不同的邮件更是彰显此刻比尔内心的挣扎。
其次，Bill Ackman对该公司的商业模式过分自信，根据其在sohn conference上的
presentation 来看，他当时给出了16*16=256（有一个16是预估的CASH EPS）的估值，
相比现在70+，的确让人大跌眼镜。
Bill Ackman在PPT中的对比，主要是列数了平台型的Valeant 和传统药企的区别，认为
Valeant的属性更像是一个hedge fund, portfolio较为多样化，因此能分散风险，同时
，由于可以直接收购Phase III阶段的药企，这样实际上FDA审查的阻力会小很多。另外
自己几乎等于砍掉了R&D方面的支出，省了一笔钱，在收购完之后也能砍掉原公司大部
分的研发部门方面的支出，岂不爽快？

绿点greendot是一种以现金cash买成绿点卡然后做bill pay的付款方式。这些现金来源
很大可能不合法或者涉及到洗*钱。听说有些是国内在ebay卖假货钱在paypal然后转出来
成绿点卡,这些卡一般会以1：5.xx的汇率出售。 spdfgh说他事先不知道给他做bill
pay 的神医用的是绿点这个不太可能。他们交易bill pay的时候肯定比正常rate要低。
现在
spdfgh 推的一干二净，但是明眼人一看就明白了,大家也不是傻子，而且如果他事先不
知道做bill pay的神医给的是绿点现在他也属于被骗，就也不会再袒护不肯泄漏该神医
的id。
绿点一般是pay小于500额度的（超过500可能需要经理验证之类的），有可能是整数也
有可能像我的一样收到的是小数点。隔壁小护士收到的就是500+500+440. spdfgh自己也
承认以前给别人pay 500 以下的看不出来的。我收到的每笔显示的是Electronics

A U.S. House of Representatives committee has approved legislation that
would more than double the current skilled immigration H-1B cap with the
focus on science and technology workers.
The House Judiciary Committee approved the Supplying Knowledge Based
