月后的今天更完全撒回)，可能是要避免在中美贸易谈判中烧起另一火头。其实林郑月
娥对香港的泛民主派有认识，本来知道不应退让，否则只会被理解为示弱，令对方坐大
；与泛民打过交道多年的人，不难具备这种认识。
香港泛民是很特异的政治人物，一般搞政治的，都知道政治是妥协的艺术，尤其是在彼
此强弱悬殊的情况下，稍有政治智慧，都懂得见好就收的道理，否则就会如《韩非.亡

1. 背景：女，国内双非财经院校本科，考完12门ACCA，之后来美国念会计研究生，考
完AICPA，已拿到CPA license。
2. 现状：2018年研究生毕业后，一方面想试下能不能抽中H1b，另一方面也想攒一年工
作经验申请CPA license，决定在美国呆一段时间。虽然大家都说会计好找工作，但那
是对有绿卡或者公民而言的，现在连四大都不sponsor new graduate了。找了好久后在
一家华人老板的会计师事务所工作，给抽H1b。过程有多艰辛下文会写，好在2019年运
气比较好，一次就抽中且approve了。又熬了半年终于在10月H1b正式开始后可以换工作
了。本以为有了H1b换工作应该不难，办个transfer就行，不用再抽签。结果发现会计

regaining control of Congress.
South Jersey Congressman Rob Andrews will resign from Congress later
this month to take a job with a prominent Philadelphia law firm, a source
close to the situation said Tuesday morning.
Andrews, a Democrat in his 24th year in the House, will resign around
President’s Day weekend, the source said. He will take over a public
