顺利地通过
了，于是在复习REG的时候，就愈发轻松起来。结果杯具就发生了。。。
昨天晚上才刚刚看完最后一章的内容，早上8点半考试，7点起床还在听Becker final
review讲
ethics的那章。因为看到板上童鞋都有提到过，ethics考到很多。
总共用到的复习资料包括Becker 2010的lecture，部分home work question，第一章到
第五
章的都做了，第六章做了一点，第七章就是空白，所有supplemental question都没做
。Final
review 16个chapter，看了14个左右。Becker的7道simulation过了一遍。两套模拟题
完全没
时间做。。。
说一下考试情况：
3个小时，还是提前15分钟交的卷子。倒不是我做得有多好，实在是憋也憋不出来什么
了。
选择题三个tab，用了50分钟左右。因为我知道我自己做simulation很慢，所以选择题
像是在赶着
投胎一样的做。唯一的体会是，ethics的题并不是很多。。。

ethics，而且要相关学分够才行。现在我的问题是，我的总学分和会计相关学分都是够
的，但我的本科是和business没关的专业，有一些学分不知道能不能给算作business相
关学分。我给州的board打电话，一个态度很不好的大妈让我自己去看网站，关键是有
一些学分，很可能我觉得算，但是board不给算。如果我先考了ethics，再直接去申请
license，board倒是可以告诉我学分是否足够，只是万一学分差的太多，ethics成绩又
只有两年的有效期，两年内补不完就惨了。
有没有和我有一样经历的，麻烦告知一下吧。 |

发帖数: 231 | 6 我1月20号考得AUD。1月20号考的，1月3号开始复习。全天8个小时包括周末，早上10点到晚上8点，中间1个小时吃饭。用书Wiley CPA Review。分数82。
（1）Wiley CPA Review有review text，multiple choice, simulation ,answers and explanations四部分。拿到书第一遍从做multiple choice开始，这个过程相当痛苦，因为需要克制去翻看前面的text review部分。这个过程主要是发现我的大的弱项在什么地方，我的大弱项是在internal control。掐时间每30个题一个break，因为AUD没有计算，时间上我都能控制在45-60分钟之内。30道题做完之后，只把答案标出来，知道对和错，不要去看答案解释。做题的时候，答案标注在另外的一个答题纸上，书是干净的。整个章节做完之后，我手里有一张标了正确答案跟我的选择的答题纸。我不知道别人如何，但是我自己的经验是要么我就是连错，要么就是连对。这个时候去有根据得查找相关的text部分review。

corporate loyalty, work ethic之类的观念，其实也和洗脑差不多。大公司都养了一
帮人整天琢磨着怎么逃税，不对，是“合法避税”，比如AAPL，比如IKEA。一边给雇员
灌输corporate loyalty和work ethic,一边利用PR和媒体宣传corporate citizen这种
概念，一边竭尽所能避税，至于公司对雇员的ethic呢，到了裁员的时候你就知道了。
我想知道的就是，你拿自己做过的东西去面试，面对“你的公司或者客户同意你把这些
项目细节对外展示吗？”这样的问题，你是怎么回答的。这是一个很实际的问题。不是
要刁难谁，这就好像频繁跳槽的人很容易碰上“我看你两年换了三份工作，你能解释一
下吗”这样的问题，公司想要避税也要对IRS的audit做准备，总要有信服的理由打消面

发帖数: 954 | 23 学校有一个不错的ethics master项目。可以在念医学院的四年里学完， 大部分学生在
开头的两年里完成。在前两年里，每周大概要在这个master上花10个小时的时间，同
时两年会有120个小时在附近各个医院shadow， 学习医生怎么在两难的情况下做出选择
等等
。我对ethics,小组讨论，以及shadow医生都挺感兴趣的。
请交有经验的大虾们几个问题。
(1)医学院时会很忙，会有时间念这个master吗？我的学习能力一般，绝对不是超强的
那种。当然不希望医学院的课程有不过的。Step 1是第三年考，所以前两年里就把
master念完，那和Step 1也不冲突。
(2)念这个master对什么样的专科match有帮助呢？目前对自己的可能专科还完全没谱。
(3) 有同学建议我，花这个时间念master,不如去找一个和将来专科相关的实验室做科
研。我的科研背景还可以，过去发了不少文章了；将来不管是什么专科，职业取向是
academic medicine.
我觉得这位同学的建议很好。本来挺想念ethics master的，现在又很犹豫了。

这曾经是institutional
economics的主要话题之一，现在对于这方面的研究涉及到了organizational thoery,
contract law, bureaucracy and institutions等跨了经济，法律，政治学，社会学和哲
学等若干学科的问题。
经济学从如何减小social groups中各个成员合作的transaction cost（呵呵，这里可以
翻译成内耗吧）入手，分析合作的关系是non-specific的，mixed的或是idosyncratic的
以及合作的发生频率，是occasional的还是recurrent的，还有uncertainty来optimize这
个social groups（其实是social
insitution)内部的合作（包括分工）,减少transaction cost达到一种均衡。
法学则通过对于不同的contract的分析，试图选择最优化的契约来保证这个social

至于哲学和科学，介绍一下：哲学最本源的部分是形而上学，和它直接相关的是认知论
和逻辑学 -- 孔子对这些部分毫无贡献。
这三部分哲学本源之下，是应用哲学，包括：科学、政治、伦理、宗教。。。孔子充其
量对伦理有贡献，即使是这部分，他也不研究meta-ethics(为什么要有伦理)以及
normative ethics(如何判定一件事是否符合伦理)这些伦理学奠基性的问题，而是直接
跳入应用伦理、社会规范。总之，孔子虽然鄙视技术，但是他本人在思想界其实是一个
工程师甚至技术工人的地位(这个评价是跟其他伟大哲人对比，跟普通人比孔子保持智
者的身分不成问题)。如此而已。 |

需要逻辑。只需要循环强调某种东西好某种东西坏，就能形成道德“思考”。
逻辑（Logic）只是哲学的分支之一，不是说讲求逻辑就必然是哲学思辩（数学）。工

我觉得现在中国调查出来了，大家不妨都给NIH写信complain 一下，看看有无转机
她的钱主要是从农业部来的。不妨也给农业部发发信。

family and educational background as hers and suffered during Culture
Revolution as a child. I think her experiences in China mostly, if not all,
are fabricated, imagined, overly exaggerated or deliberately miss leading.
