应该早些这点,是没有争议的。我前面提了:在不少学校,3年级是个过渡年级。到了
四年级,合作和集体意识就更明显地强了。相应地,在足球上,U10也是个过渡阶段:
头球不被鼓励,个人技术仍是重点,战术很少。从4年级开始踢,也不算晚。把足球当
重点,多向人学习、多看(指导)录像、多练使用动作尤其是footwork、多矫正,可以
很快赶上。我在一年前带过的两个小孩都是在4年级开始的,是队里的两大主力,都过
了10岁,我不认为她们都是naturally talented。其中一个是队里最强的,后来动了阑
尾手术,就没有参加比赛了。 |

我家小子8岁,冬天的时候没法去户外(我们这冬天冷),我就让他在家练fast
footwork drill 和一些简单的 one on one move 像scissor, stepover, cruyff。 一
星期练两到三次,每次二十分钟。几个月下来,效果很明显。在他的spring rec team
里头,我儿子的控球和球性现在是最好的,是主力前锋。希望他接下来能进入
competative club。 |

i go to lifetime gym often, but they don't have badminton courts either, can
only do strength and footwork excises.

This is how the Elite training works for 2 hrs.
1. Warm up, practice footwork ~10 min
2. Drills - drive, clear, serve, etc 20-30 min
3. Play game - double, mix, single with coach watching and training
4. Coach decide what each person needs to improve and do 多球 or other
drills
5. after 2 hrs, coach will tell us to do strength training, usually we stay
for another 20 min to finish all routines

0.001秒选择什么球,这个比较难防,因为你不能战位太考前,所以本质上
来说只能提高自己的footwork和反应能力,做到那种球都兼顾,但总是防不
胜防,这就是我们看到即使国际高手仍然能用批吊偶尔得分。
跟毛车交手不多,还不知道他的打球习惯,知道他吊球质量很高,但还不知道
他能不能做到一致性,如果光有高质量的吊球,对手习惯了也就杀伤力大减了:))

If you have the time I would recommend to target 20 miles / week.
But for direct training, footwork drill, sprinting and jump rope help more. |

I am thinking of increasing the base stamina, which I hope will help the
badminton game as well. Were able to do 20 miles / week, but think that if I
do it long term, I might have some knee problem just like before.
Will try to add sprinting and jump ropes.
Don't have much time/opportunity to add footwork drill, only a few minutes
before the games start, unfortunately. |

to spend 25% of the training time on physical training as the sport demands
excellent fitness,aerobic stamina, agility, strength, speed, precision and
good motor coordination. Long distance running, sprinting (back and forth),
jump rope, sit-up,push-ups, footwork drill, even weight-lifting(to improve
the strength of the legs, so you can run fast)) are all beneficial. |

(1) Adjust your base position after you see your partner's return (passes
you overhead, or from opponent's movement),
(2) split step when opponent hit,
(3) move if necessary.
For intercepting a drive return, you move back at (1). (3) would be moving
sideways or forward (to make your return more lethal).
You move back at (1) only when opponent can possibly drive back. e.g. if
partner hits a good drop, they can't drive back. You instead move forward

Practice in a place with high ceiling so you won't hit the ceiling. |
