all inclusive简单说就是全包,其实主要就是吃饭和住宿了.去其他景点照样得另外买
门票.坎昆这个地方什么都讲all inclusive的.说是额外需要付的也就是小费.今天算了
下,到底说还是商家要狡猾得多.
虽然算起来all inclusive的价格大概就是住宿+吃饭(比较好的地方吃)的费用.想着all
inclusive省了很多精力,再者还有一些其他活动,应该比较划算的.今天才发现,如果什
么都是all inclusive,就不这样了.比如你想去看个马雅遗址,一天的行程,也只有all
inclusive,150~200/人.听起来差不多自己去路费+门票+吃饭.但你不可能在酒店和去游
玩地点都去吃饭,虽然都是all inclusive.所以整个旅行中,肯定很多all inclusive是
over lap的. 其实吃饭也是all inclusive里不小的一笔支出了.
我觉得这个概念很有前途,不知道有啥其他应用空间不. |

对比中国历史，资本家的小洋房被充”公“了，”革命家“搬了进来，像不像？
最近白左的词库又加了一个词， inclusion
包容，也是好词，
可惜，还是由白左这个劫持者定义标准，我们华人是很熟悉这些”包容“的，不就是”

ity to havana for 3 nights are $517 with all taxes etc included.
The prices include round trip flight MEX-HAV-MEX, hotel(s), transfers
(airport-hotel-hotel-airport), (medical) insurance, and professional
representation in Cuba.
My plan is to use the all inclusive package to stay in Havana for 3 nights a
nd then go to visit other cities.
Is this a good deal?

天吃BURGE PIZZA之类的。给个建议吧。- 如果不选ALL-INCLUSIVE，有没有HOTEL的
RESTAURANT选择多，或离RESTAUNT群很近的，步行5-10钟就到的？
2)还有就是要去CHICHEN ITZA，也不准备太多水里的活动，最多附近看看风景，吃点喝
点，好像CANCUN近些，但是听说RIVERA MAYA那里比较适合FAMILY (从旅馆的房间类型
也能看出来，很多SUITE)。
这两方面都那不定主义。大家帮建议建议。 |

天就打算纯休闲，吃吃喝喝在沙滩上玩玩。然后在Playa Del Carman再呆几天。有这么
几个问题，请游侠们解答。
1。请问是All Inclusive的划算吗？我们都不能喝酒精饮料，连碳酸饮料都很少喝，但
是四个大人都是标准吃货，对吃的标准比较高，最好是fine dining，含seafood。这种
情况划算吗？
2。如果不选All Inclusive。看到有人推荐Riu。但是Riu有好几个啊。Riu Caribe,
Riu Cancun, Riu Palace Las Americas, Riu Palace Peninsula。有什么区别呢？到
底哪个吃的比较好？
3。Playa del Carman有个有名的5th avenue，旁边有很多旅店。这个镇上的boutique
hotel安全吗？ |

前也可以吃完再check out.
好一点的all inclusive resort 除了一些早中晚三顿的餐厅，还有一些供应sandwich,
pizza, snack的小餐厅，至少还应该有个buffet 餐厅，buffet 餐厅的开放时间比
较长。 |

inclusive 还会有牛排馆，意大利，亚洲口味的餐厅，加上一些24小时供应的pizza,
sandwich,
bakery 的小店。
如果是吃货的话还是选个5星级的all inclusive. 那些餐厅的质量非常好。 |

胞内而不是细胞外，无法作用在细胞壁上。所以在lysis buffer里加lysozyme是必需的。
只不过我觉得lysozyme对于inclusion body本身的溶解应该没什么作用吧，它的作用估
计只是让细胞降解的更彻底，释放出更多的inclusion body而已。

基因的 inclusive fitness 是指传播类似自己的基因，即使不是自己本身，（通常在
传播自己的基因有困难，或者有相互帮助农村合作社的需求），对应于军版索男的爱看
淫荡女友小说的情结。
而我说这个的意思是，对于异性恋要么早早老婆孩子热炕头，人没理想活得好。。。要
么就干脆早早走奶茶老公或者居里老婆的道路，人有理想不自杀（是不是过劳死得早，
那看命，但总之能撑很多年）。
而对于同性恋，我觉得还是要有一定的理想，不能看我们这种异性恋天天说 “人

关于Asian Americans和real women,俺的观点很简单：两者体现的理念相互矛盾。原因
如下：

上一个real 来alienate certain people.
