发帖数: 1393 | 4 首先，现在的ISP(AT&T, Comcast等等）有权分配网络流量，所以可以跟大量消耗带宽
的content provider（Netflix,Google等）要更多的钱，否则这些content provider等
于是利用internet赚了钱但是ISP没有从中捞到他们认为应得的好处。但是从另一方面
讲，netflix财大气粗愿意付钱，这样能保证他们的的service比没付钱的content
provider更流畅。O8认为这造成了不公平竞争，认为所有的content provider应该享有
同等的internet服务。Netflix,Google当然欢迎这个新政，因为这相当于用他们服务的
internet费用被很多不用他们服务的用户平摊了，他们省了给ISP的钱。而ISP则少了一
个收入来源，当然不满，而且一旦归为utility就会受到很多regulation的限制，不能
随便涨价，不能随便设置收钱的特殊服务。
ISP反对这个提议的理由是ISP赚钱的途径受限制，就没有动力革新技术，提高网络服务

三、 Internet网上的发烧音响
Internet网上信息种类繁多、无穷无尽，例如有关音乐方面的内容是数不胜数，但真正有
关音响的内容所占的比例却是非常小的。如同你去北京图书馆，会发现发烧音响的书或杂
志寥寥无几。但就是网上这一小块音响天地，恐怕也是一个人用几个月甚至几年也看不完
的。所以，找全这方面的信息是不可能的，想找准也要费一番功夫。但笔者认为从中可以
总结出一些有效的方法，使我们能快速准确地找到我们需要的东西。
Internet网上的有关音响的信息归纳起来，大致有以下几种类型：
1) 综合类
综合性的网站提供多种类型的服务，所包含的内容可谓五花八门。如Yahoo的

看了看ATT的网站，好像裸的internet，就是那个U-verse internet pro,
一个月20刀。但是那个one-time charge (就是要买它家的internet gateway)
太贵了，要100刀。
请问各位，这100刀必须花吗？弄个二手的行不行?
或者我家里还有五年前用过的ATT的 DSL modem，不知能不能用?

说来话长，敲门sale的人上门推销fios，我只要internet，sales说只要internet他们
必须当时要我credit card number，我才不给他们呢，然后说可以要加电话，然后才可
以来bill，我说我不要电话，sales说你可以cancel了电话，我说那internet价格还是
你给我的价格？sales家装给manager打电话，点头确定
结果后来我去cancel电话，customer service说internet价格恢复到原价了
我怒骂之，说他们dishonest, bad business practice, lie to customer(当然心平气
和以谆谆教导口吻），然后说，it's ok, timewarner keep calling me trying to
ask me back, I'll just switch back to them.
然后敌人给我hold了一会，然后就给我solution，电话取消了，fios就三十多了，哈哈
，当然税后啥的也40，我满意了，timewarner最便宜上网现在也要33，比fios慢多了 |

先来报道一下，我和LD刚从CT搬到Astoria, Queens. 想请问哪位热心的同学可以告知
那里有哪家Internet和TV service carrier。我们原来在CT是用AT&T的service,价格很
划算，最主要的是不用强制购买三种service (phone, TV, internet)。我们只要
internet和TV就行了。但是刚刚查了一下，AT&T在NY还没有service，别家的好像都一

网上订到最后一步,来了个CSR chat, 说 Vario Village 的internet service 必须要
property manager 打电话才能加，客户自己不能加，是这样的吗?
说是Vairo Village的comcast 是 bulk clients type.

这相比起以前报纸印刷审查一天再发消息，简直就是石器时代飞跃到外星文明的区别。
美国在埃及用twitter 和fb 发现了这种能够透过当地政府宣传“攻击”力，希拉里兴
奋的专门召开会议找了几个internet 巨头讨论internet 革命。
虽然之前茉莉花中国internet 上的煽动性没有显现出来，（主要是政府有备而来）
现在博王事件这种攻击力明显显现，政府原来靠great firewall，关键字的控制管理明
显跟不上速度。
当然，大禹治水还是得疏导为主才能控制所谓得了“洪水猛兽“，政府这次可能能开始
意识到家长式管制只会损害自己的可信度，同时自己制造出自己的弱点。

businesses beyond their borders has strong bipartisan support in an often
