《Nightmare 魔》是尚雯婕最新推出的外文专辑。在此之前，她在自己《全球风靡》专
辑推出的发
布会上扔了一颗不大不小的炸弹，号称那是她最后一张国语流行专辑。虽然在宣传上夺
了不少眼球，
但是作为歌迷还是有点心惊的。我当时说实话，觉得她是有点置之死地而后生的意思。
就是要逼着自
己去国际乐坛上闯。而且她当时还放话说可能做尚雯婕自己风格的音乐。也让我觉得话
放的有点大，
毕竟此前她在创作上不过是写点词，突然就要开创自己的风格？谈何容易。于是，祝福
是给了，近百
美元的精装版也买了。但是真有点会不会这就是最后一张的感觉。
没想到，2011年没过多久，《Nightmare 魔》就呼啸而至。九首歌歌名，《夜》《战》
《魔》
《尚》《女》《救》《臣》《合》《飞》，串起来就像一篇微小说。
最先曝光的《Love Warrior 战》毫不夸张的说，让所有听到的人都惊掉了下巴。用一

发帖数: 1580 | 10 看版上经常有人问宝宝睡觉不踏实，动不动就哭闹什么的。上周我家宝（20个月）
也是突然特别不好，拳打脚踢的，大哭，哄也不好。开始以为是nightmare，可是把她
喊醒了也不好。后来实在没办法，翻了书，才发现原来还有night terror一说（中文翻
译“夜惊”？）两者区别就是：
night terror多发生在前半夜，刚睡着1小时到4小时之间，而恶梦则发生在后半夜。
前者发生在深层睡眠，后者是浅层的，所以前者不容易醒，后者很快就醒了。
前者发生过后小孩能继续睡，后者则会醒了才能睡。
前者通常有拳打脚踢之类的暴力行为，而且拒绝大人哄（我可是被我们小家伙踹的
遍体鳞伤啊），后者相对温和一点，而且大人哄哄会好。
发生night terror的时候，不能把小孩喊醒！而是任其哭个十分钟到半小时，通常
小孩自己又会继续睡着；nightmare的话则一定要喊醒，并且给予足够的安慰和安全感。
前者发生的原因通常是睡眠不足，白天尤其是临睡前太兴奋！多发于2岁左右到6岁
的宝宝，早的6个月也有；因此给予充分的睡眠并且不让过于兴奋是非常有效的。（我 |

的朋友,男的几乎没有几个想结婚的...都是在一起没几个月就完了.我到不是保守,也不
是朋友太能玩,只是不想有一天,把自己女朋友领到你哥们面前,人家后来告诉你,哥,你
女朋友我以前上过的...
也有矜持一点的,但基本上都不能看...这还不说,还抱着姑奶奶在CITY相当稀有的态度,
一不让碰,而不能摸,就连稍微靠近点,她都觉得你在窥探她拿两张面板,当然前边和后边
是一个斜度的.你如果真是无意的碰了一下胳膊,她第一部是离你一尺远,然后和相邻的
手臂做生锈状固定住,这还不说,只要你吃饭没给她付钱,或者是你一直给她买单,而就有
一次你CASH不够(当然是在中国餐馆),你们SPLIT的时候,她一脸不爽,走了连最礼貌的谢
谢不说,还对饭菜挑三挑四...

GF是个洋博士，都快奔四张了，可能还是VG（这个VG不是Vage,你懂的）
我上次在她那里做饭淘米的时候，爬出来两只小米虫子，我就自然想冲走算了，被她看
见居然让我把它们小心翼翼挑出来然后放到家门口去。
切菜的时候看到一些飞蚂蚁飞来飞去我就想用双手去拍死，她却让我停手，并说不要在
她家里杀生。
还有一次摘菜的时候发现菜里有一只挺长的菜青虫，她让我把菜都扔了，我说我cook好
了自己吃这个菜行吧。她才同意并要求我把菜青虫放出去，我说这个放到楼道里肯定不
行，她就让我下楼放到外面，我说太麻烦了，平台楼下就是landscape的绿化带，就从
平台上扔下去，她还担心这菜青虫会不会被摔死。
外出吃饭她从来不吃肉，只能吃海鲜，但是条件是不能吃活的，比如吃鱼必须已经宰好

极度清高，以为周围人都是傻子
以自我为中心，极度控制狂
偏执狂，想法离现实远得很。
以后:
对公婆非常坏（以自我为中心，极度控制狂导致的）
根本不可能照顾小孩。
很容易被网上的各种离奇的“理论”牵着鼻子走。100% 相信各种网上“专家”的说法
，但绝不相信你--这个身边的大活人。 |
