但一般作cake 的用bleached flour
因为bleached flour 跟soft ＝ 更像淀粉

为的是让面更容易发酵，更有弹性
即使unbleached flour 好多也是被bromated过的
这个potassium bromate 据说在实验室里可以让
小白鼠发癌症，所有不少国家也不准加
但美国法律没有禁止peroxide 也没禁止 potassium bromate
据说king arthur all purpose flour 都没加
但比较贵

如果能过确定排除引发剂，溶剂和单体的纯度因素的话，我感觉问题很有可能是
potassium naphthalene加入的量不够。我们一般不会加入准确称量的potassium
naphthalene，而是滴定，直到加完半个小时之后仍然还可以看到浅浅的绿色。一般第
一次加过量之后半个小时内会变成无色，总共加2~3次。
你说的白色沉淀我从来没有看到过。
痕量的氧气和水会杀死一些钾，你可以试试烧瓶除氧后，只加THF，看看需要几滴的
potassium naphthalene才会保持浅绿色
