这些自然食品，拿来真正抗辐射没用，sold out的那几种药，都是含量达到130mg per
tablet的，含量低点的source natural的那个，也是32.5 mg per tablet（多吃几片可
以达到130mg)。每天服用130mg potassium iodide，连续14天，这是在受到辐射情况下
的官方标准，不是吃几片木耳就可以搞定的。
没卖光的所谓含碘的药或者维生素，含量只有几十mcg (1mg = 1000 mcg)...
我同意楼主的说法，应该是被管制了，而不是卖光。我折腾了一天，上午在网上搜，下
午跑了几个pharmacy，都是没有了。Vitamin life的给我说sold out in all
department stores, get one as soon as u can find. 我不信这些人动作这么快（
redmond QFC旁边那个pharmacy说他们收到hundreds of calls要order这个药，他们也

参见具体policy。健康保险如无明文提到exception，一般可以认为不报。看病之
前，自学一下保险手册的关键条款（有生命危险或疼得天昏地暗者除外）。
2. 看牙咋省钱？
有保险的考虑适当拖延。到下一年可以用新报销额度。
自费买dental insurance：一般premium几百/年，一年最多报销两千，外加
waiting period，所以不一定合算。临时报佛脚的情况就不要考虑了。
dental discount plan：在参加计划的诊所可以立刻打折。比如Aetna Advantage
Dental。
收入确实低的，在本地找免费或low cost诊所。这些地方可能有eligibility要求
，很多只提供有限服务。
去附近的dental school clinic，给学生做小白鼠。

最近弄了android程序（my fitness pal)，可以更精确的track每天的摄入
发现我的饮食结构是非常严重的高钠低钾
钠摄入基本每天都超标10~20%（这还是在diet阶段，如果真的是吃正常饮食
估计得超一倍了。。。）
而钾却不足30%
其实我也没刻意吃很咸。研究了一下食物，发现根源在于大部分食物
本身含钠的量就远远多于钾。而富含钾的东西（如牛油果，各种豆子）其实大家
饮食结构里不太吃
不知道大家怎么解决这个问题。。。

比如nuts，虽然K含量高，但是Na同样也很多
，结果就是K补了，Na超标的更厉害了
上面还有说橙汁的，那要喝到能补到一天正常量，估计carbs也爆了
所以我才在考虑实在不行买potassium carbonate tablet吃啊。。。 |
