请问大家一般买哪个牌子的？
我只在美国超市买过一小袋很快吃光了，准备挑个口碑好的牌子屯一大袋
顺便再推荐下那个不便宜的rice cooker，我家是zojirushi的，不是版上说过的sanyo
真的狂好用，尤其是煮brown rice，单煮或者加白米都不用泡，煮好不沾底，每一粒都
能盛出来 |

一般跟意面和豆子放在一起，摆在架子底层。中国超市也有，大袋的，unit单价差不多
。Brown rice我不知道跟gold rice是不是一种。一般电饭锅煮，至少要多加一格水。
口感是比白米硬一些，吃习惯了就好了。我不太习惯把它跟白米一起煮，因为白米容易
熟，所以要预先泡糙米才能煮得软硬均匀。 |

我家买的就是costco最便宜的电饭锅，但功能挺齐全的，又time delay 也有brown
rice。 我一般是一多半的brown rice， 一少半白米，一把黑豆，加水放锅里，早晨设
好delay time 9个小时，晚上回家饭都好了。
我LG特别爱吃米饭，白米饭没菜他都能吃三大碗，现在这个饭，他更爱吃了，总是怀疑
我放糯米了。我家两个娃以前吃米饭，按颗粒算，现在也能吃小半碗了。我对这个米饭
感觉一般，能不吃就不吃，但刚好适合健康减肥。 |

end models(ZCC/TGC/WCC).
They have 5.5 cups and 10 cups, and we have only 2 people or at most 4

发帖数: 290 | 20 昨天在kroger给宝宝买了gerber米糊糊，用3oz母乳冲了1ts的rice cereal,宝宝第一次
吃，吃的挺好！不一会就吃光了，正高兴的时候发现杯子底有一些黑色的非常细小的粉
末。然后我又到处一些rice cereal放到另外一个绝对干净的杯子里，放了一些纯净水
，充分搅拌，结果发现杯子底部还是有黑色的粉末。
刚才给客服打电话，解释说可能是electric iron,建议停止使用，把剩余的rice
cereal寄到gerber,然后他们化验后告诉我结果。我问他们是否有类似的投诉，回答说
没有！
这么巧，第一次给宝宝吃辅食就遇到这个情况!
不知道版上jms是否有类似经历，如果真的有，不要给宝宝服用了！

普通的锅，要用象印的这类的锅有一档专门的Brown Rice档，要做两个小时，但是做出

我一般到COSTCO买有机的糙米，新鲜的糙米是能够发芽的。 种子是植物中营养最丰富
的，在发芽以后里面的营养物质能转化成人体更适合吸收的氨基酸。 这就是日本店里
卖的死贵的胚芽米。发芽以后的BROWN RICE的PROTEIN也是营养价值很高的PROTEIN，比
SOY的更适合人体吸收。 所以现在有些好的蛋白粉都有BROWN RICE PROTEIN的成分。
只要把米浸泡过夜，第二天一般就可以看到有些小芽出来了。很简单。 而且这样做的
米饭不会太硬，不伤胃。
野生的黑米其实不是米，是一种WEED。 |
