美国大学制度和中国是不一样的，美国１００－２００的research university都是好
的，１００名大学可能还有诺贝尔教授。美国的所谓排名没有什么意义。
rice和usc能不能比最简单直接的参照就是：大多数名人有能力选择的人都会选择usc念
书，没人去rice吧？那你说哪个学校好呢？ |

你拿学位不就是为了将来找个好工作吗？北邮的学生毕业了难道不好找工作吗？
为什么“暴发户”就一定不好了呢？斯坦福当年是个暴发户。美国整个国家还是个暴发
户呢。说GaTech是暴发户，是因为历史上没出过什么诺贝尔之类的，说美国是个暴发户
，也是历史文化短，但这并不妨碍大家削尖脑袋往这跑。
GaTech在美国工业界的地位是没人能够否认的，北邮在中国通信业界的地位也是没人能
否认的。
类比只是个类比，不是等价。你哪能以为GaTech就跟北邮真的是一个水平呢？类比清华
是MIT, 按照你的思路，那么多清华的学生去不了MIT,Stanford,Berkeley，怎么不留在
清华，而连比Ohio University都差的学校也会去呢？
除了MIT Stanford Berkeley三个学校地位无人能够撼动，其他几个学校单看排名已经
没多大意义了，应该看重的是 方向、老板、老婆。
