if they have the cheapest prices, but they are at least quite reliable. In
both cases, it took less than a week to receive my boxes.
My mom helped me to collect everything I bought and then she brought
everything to the shippers for shipping (Shanghai is my hometown). The
shippers provided free boxes and shipping supplies.

发了这个贴之后，我又跟fedex打了两个星期的架，从周一到周六每天三个电话，平均
每天花2个小时跟fedex交涉。
这个包裹最后是被扔回了加州邮寄的地址，即使我已经全搬过来了那边都是陌生人了。
return to shipper的意思就是退给寄包裹的人。Fedex根本不管寄包裹的是不是你自己
，无论怎么打电话，他只管把东西扔到原来的地方去。我打电话问：我的包裹在哪？他
们只说：退回shipper了，你自己联系shipper去。
我后来找朋友找到了收到包裹的人，要回了我的包裹。然后我找fedex给我送回来，
fedex说，你再交钱吧，而且包裹有问题，要重新包装还要钱。WTF
最后怒找UPS给我寄回来了。寄回来以后发现主板显卡全摔坏了。显卡外观完好里面摔
短路了，全废，只好换了一个。急着用电脑，于是赶紧花了150在Amazon上又买了个主
板，结果运到后没两天，新买的主板又坏了……
一家伙损失500块，Fedex我跟你没完！

to charge it into your account, they will send invoice to whoever is the
shipper on the label. the package will delivered and FEDEX prepaid the TAX

了/damaged，没有收到等。让FedEx先去trace/调查。
对于Damaged的包裹，FedEx可能上门去取包裹检查，在FedEx检查之前，不要让buyer把
包裹寄回来。如果fedex在包裹上标注了damaged,online status显示damaged,一般表明
fedex已经检查过了。这种标注了damaged的就可以直接file damaged claim并且基本可
以获得赔偿。
