signature requirement.
病人和fedex打了两次电话，fedex说要shipper打。我打了两次，都说去不掉。
病人急了，说那我不要了。
我急了，行情跌了这么多，你不要我也不能退给护士了。
我就又给fedex打电话，说，你要是去不掉signature，please deliver it to pacafic
ocean, I don't want it back。
折腾半天，又说行了。
真烂，这些员工都没培训过？ |

1.付钱不明确，是先收钱还是收到货再给钱不知道，现在是收到一些货就开始追债
2.Tracking系统不健全，运输中间一周左右，还要过海关，seller不放心，他的下家也
回不停bug他，shipper应该理解一下
3.双方有了矛盾，没有好好的交流。

但shipto的地址是在加州的一个地址，名字也不一样
而且好死不死的是两个地址还都是confirmed

4月8号拿到邮局去投递的
当时直接给了柜台的工作人员
也没有拿到什么回执单之类的
后来在网页上tracking一直显示的

你需要我们提供一个claim waive letter因为我们是shipper（account owner）. 请

很快就卖出
买家地址Auction Shipper LLC， MA
当时付款，但款在paypal hold了说要N天之后或者是show proof of shipment （不知
道是paypal的问题还是买家的要求，我不是新帐户，有100+的fb）
而且，paypal给的地址是另外一个在加州的地址，还是confirmed
弄成这样，我就有点不想卖了。好巧不巧的是，我的货没买到，当然就无从卖啦。我就
联系买家，说没货了，希望他能cancel，我可以给他refund，在加5刀的安慰。消息发
了两三次买家才回复，说，那你cancel吧。我很汗，回信说我是卖家，不能cancel，你
cancel了我才能refund。结果是杳无音信了。
现在买家的100+刀的payment已经在paypal里面released了，距买卖的日子也两三周了
，买家到现在也没有信儿。
请问我怎么办？ 好麻烦啊 |

paypal给的地址因该是你应该寄的地址，有时候ebay上面显示的地址和paypal上的不一
样
2 hold payment是因为paypal觉得你不保险，需要你有tracking #才能给你钱，和buye
r没关系
3 你可以cancel交易，buyer同意就行了 |
