一些建议，有些图片的英文不太好，能不能改？譬如喇嘛街头闹事的照片里用了common
people，美国一般不这样用。改成innocent people including Tibetans(不知道死者
里有几位藏族的，我知道有一位藏族女孩，如果只有一位最好改成including a
Tibetan young girl).
有一张说达赖is the tool(最好改成is a tool),slave owner should be slave
master.
文献的宣传我可以帮忙。最近一直在恶补文献，尤其是西方的。给我一个周末时间整理
出纲要吧。
还有，这次达赖的teaching题目是wisdom and compassion. 我们可以把和纳粹法西斯

The author mentioned that "China" is a multi-ethnic society and "Han" is

because many people like her family falsely register their family as "Han",

6点多就起床了。
今天7：00集合吃早餐，大家都很准时。
在旁边的重庆饭店吃早饭。
早饭通常都是豆浆，油条，鸡蛋，和芝麻那么大馅儿的肉包子。
Sally 带了些珍贵的辣酱，有爱吃辣的队友真好。
吃饱饭8：00出发。
出发前看看班戈县城，还不错啊。
路灯都是太阳能的。
今天从班戈出发以后先向西北开，经过色林错以后再一路向北，目的地是双湖特别区。
那里人烟稀少，所以一路上会看到很多野生动物。
羌塘国家级自然保护区就涵盖那里了。
开出没多远就看到一些藏黄羊（Tibetan Gazelle），也叫藏原羚。
有人说只要是大白屁股的就叫做藏黄羊，不知道是不是。
其实除了成年雄性藏羚羊（Tibetan Antelope 或者 Chiru）有对大长角比较好认以外
，我真的分不太清楚藏黄羊和藏羚羊。
所以只要不是成年雄性藏羚羊，或者不是跟它们一起混的，我就都叫做藏黄羊了。
又是一只藏黄羊，阳光给它包了个金圈圈。
然后开啊开啊，就到了班戈错。
这是此行的第三个错，队友们已经开始审美疲劳了。
要知道后面还有无数个错等着我们呢。
既然很无聊，大家就以人物照为主。

结果去了
他介绍waiter给我认识，说这是我的Tibetan朋友，他也不想想我是西北人，你咋唬谁啊
我就问waiter，你从什么地方来啊，他说Tibet。我朋友得意的看了我一眼，我接着问，
你在什么地方长大啊，他说印度。
waiter一走，我朋友就说，你咋知道啊，我说我看见他的脸我就知道他不是青藏高原上
长大的。
后来饭菜上来，跟我们家平时吃的面条真的一个样。我说你以后上我们家来吃Tibetan饭

Tibetan Singing Bowl master. 他老婆的家族，是专门做这种singing bowl的，用七
种合金，做的时候，还要chant mantra什么的，非常的powerful。
呵呵，就是要你们surrender啊，经文才会跟你们connect起来。所以，我也一直常说，
不要轻易批评，尤其是那些你自己没有亲身经历的东西。要实证，要去experience，你
才知道，你以前有多ignorance。
我不知道你具体做什么瑜伽姿势，如果不是那些头朝下的动作，而使得你有头晕的现象
（一般来讲，很多初学者会在做这些动作时，忘记呼吸，而导致头晕）。一般来说，如
果有呕吐的感觉，是你的身体在开始排毒，detox，不是坏事。but again, I don't

说一说西藏的动物。 请不要用现代生态环保的观念去评价过去的事情。
藏北可可西里无人区有很多野生动物， 有藏羚羊tibetan gazelle, 藏野驴tibetan
wild ass。 50年代早期进藏的汉人对野生动物的分类搞不清楚，很多人甚至连驴马骡
都分不清，统统称藏北的动物野羊野马。听我父亲说，驻军没有肉吃了就开上卡车到藏
北打猎，主要狩猎对象是野马，也就是野驴。一但发现成群的野驴，汽车就在草原上高
速追上去，跟在狂奔的野驴群后边。 车上有几个人架着机关枪对着野驴群扫射， 野驴
一片片倒下。追一阵后停车把倒下的野驴搬上车，一天下来往往是满载而归。 后来西
藏的物质供应有了改善，不再需要猎取野驴了，并且保护野生动物的意识增强，藏野驴
成为受保护动物，狩猎野驴就被禁止了。
青藏公路建成的初期，常有野驴到公路上来，汽车来了野驴择好路而逃，而好路正是公
路。于是野驴顺着公路狂奔，可哪跑得过汽车。最后就是车撞驴，司机捡了 |

However, when I read the book "the Tibetan book of the dead", I don't see
any bit of mentioning on sex. Rather, it explains many things that I agree

so many years and I have spent so much time studying it then I realize such
problems, ones are not supposed to spend life time practicing something
then to find out it's a joke.
You don't have to buy what I say, but I encourage everyone do more surveys
on Tibetan
Buddhism before tkaing it.it doesn't hurt to do so, does it ?
