而且，感觉jet和walmart share仓库， 这样的话，jet像是walmart
的逃税的白手套。
我从jet买的有些东西，上面还残存着walmart的标记label， own by
walmart什么的。现在的jet的东西品种还不能和amazon相比，这是弱点。
感觉walmart准备和amazon全面对飚：
1. amazon 的第三方个人卖家数量大， 但是amazon越来越龟毛，
各种限制小卖家； walmart也开了第三方小卖家， 正在上升。
2. amazon自营的online买卖，品种多，质量好；walmart的jet，
还有很大差距，但是暂时有免税的便利。
3. Local店面
walmart店面多且大， 品种多，物流成熟；
amazon买了wholefoods， 物品的广度和物流离walmart距离很大。
4. local pickup
walmart 社区店， pick up， 一直在发展。
amazon落后很远。

哈佛教授的执著精神是好的，只是他用错了对象．这个社会，无论中国美国，都还是同
情弱者的，特别是网民，大多是你我一样的nobody, 他去pick up a fight with a
small businessman, 肯定得不到支持．但是如果他真的能用他的精力能力告倒一家大
企业，并让大多普通民众从中得利的话，他便成了英雄．我倒是希望他可以替我向
Walmart这样的超市打一个官司，然后搞一个Class Action什么的，让所有受害者得到

记你的车牌号，甚至ID号。未经许可搜查trunk好像过界了，不过以此过错想
找walmart麻烦就没戏了，毕竟你也有错。Walmart方面也一样，想要以
在你车里找到了别的顾客的东西来告你基本让没有任何可操作性。而且从
你的称述来看，walmart没有打算找你的麻烦。他们应该是记下了车牌号，
然后看此类事件是不是会重复发生。
三个塑料袋就没有那么简单了。Walmart可以说你占有了walmart的财产。
但是你也可以说，你在walmart购买的东西包含了包装服务，遗憾的事

部由厂家承担。这是walmart在做生意时后的policy，受益者固然是消费者，没有后顾
之忧，但是国内的厂家就苦了。walmart的规定是凡是退回来的产品全部运回厂家，厂
家必须承担运费。如果是international shipping一口made in china的高压锅，你想
想厂家要多卖出多少口锅才能make even。所以大家在walmart退货的时候，尤其是made
in china的货品，一定要三思而后行。己所不欲，勿施于人。蝇头小利之后真正受苦

一个大点的城市，Walmart的数目是Costco的好几倍。一个城市如果有一个单位能在
Costco消费的,能在Walmart消费但没有能力在Costco消费的人至少有5个。
如果要Walmart也象Costco一样的成本，这些只能在Walmart消费的人或许要降到2个，
剩下的那3个会继续找一个靠最低小时工资保障成本的地方消费，但那样的地方根本无
法象Walmart这样巨大的零售商一样在这样低的价位保持这样的品质。
最后，就是为了Walmart的员工，损害几十倍低收入者的利益。
而因为消费人数的减少，Walmart必定要削减店面，然后就是Walmart的员工失业。
经济就应该是经济，政治保证人身安全和公平竞争就是了。

walmart是在和车行集团谈合作模式而不是车厂（现在一些稍有规模的车行都是集团公
司形式的）
说白了就是
walmart即不生产，也不库存，卖车还是通过车行卖，walmart只负责介绍
就像目前costco卖车一样 只负责 generate leads 那么walmart开了这个介绍业务，费
用谁出？当然是通过用walmart买车的消费者均摊而已。
walmart提供的是一个平台，主打的是方便，而不是什么所谓的最低价，在美国的价值
概念是什么？
花钱买方便，去游乐园不想花时间排队？那么请花金钱买fast pass一样的道理。
其实walmart这种模式现在很多公司都已经在做了
美国有各式各样的汽车leasing company，通常客人可以在他们的lot看到很多厂家的新
车，然后选中某个型号后由这个leasing company再去和dealer谈，谈好后从dealer买
断再lease给自己的客户，
这些客户在乎的是价格吗？自己直接去dealer不是更便宜？他们在乎的是方便。

刚刚接到先生的电话，说是他的保险公司打给他告知我的包包昨晚丢在walmart了。事
情是这样的，昨晚和先生一起去walmart，我把一个tory的小包放在了购物车上，里面
有我的钱包，钥匙包（都是gucci的），我们离开还购物车时把包落在车上没拿。
walmart的员工在我的钱包里找不到联系电话，只有通过一张保险卡联系保险公司，今
早保险公司联系到了我先生。
我们现在还不知道是别人捡到了，交到了柜台，还是walmart关门时员工发现的，我的
钱包里有几张信用卡，要知道，信用卡现在很多地方都是不用签名就可以消费的，能够
失而复得，我能不爱walmart吗？问题还是，我这儿丢了包包自己都浑然不知，接到先

大量的评论都说，对想省钱的，Walmart最实在，而且质量也不错。
为什么会有这个形象上的坏名声呢？
因为，很多大妈们去Walmart，她们nickel and dime，
那种劳累的身影和Walmart一起经常出现在公众场合、电影和电视里面
多年下来，两者就被紧紧联系起来了
大家一般不向往那种劳累的生活，
而容易向往和名牌衣服一起出现在画面的帅哥美女的那种自信
或者和 D&G，Giorgio Armani一起出现的那种成功的感觉

我一个男人穿Walmart买的Jeans，只会自豪，不会自卑

题。第二次充的时候，也是手贱，因为界面此次提示充值上限是1000，就很好奇想试试
充1000的话，是不是可以刷一张500的再接着刷第二张500的。结果输入1000后，一下机
器就死在那儿了，提示需要找工作人员。
那相关工作人员来的也真慢。左等右等都不现身，我就直接问Money Center的某健硕的
白女职员能否取消交易。她跑过来看了一下，问我是不是在用VGC充值，我说是啊。她
说这是洗钱，不合法。我说这机器允许我这么干的，怎么会不合法？她就一脸正气地站
在机器旁，重复说illegal。
那我只好暂时走了，在Walmart里逛了一圈，过了大概二十分钟回来，继续上机器充。
刚到提示可以刷VGC的时候，她噌地把她服务到一半的客人放下，不顾她面前长长的顾
客队伍，挺身出现在我身边，不让我继续操作，问我是不是又要刷VGC。然后还是说了
一堆illegal，补充说debit card之间转账，要提供SSN，驾照等信息。在机器上操作可

也很好用出来。我以前在Sam's用Walmart GC买普通GC是做过的。还有一次在Walmart因
为一张GC磁条坏了让他们给我换成另一张GC，我看他们的操作其实也就是用这张GC买了
另一张Walmart GC。我觉得Walmart的机器应该是能够允许GC买GC的，只是一般没啥手
段得到大折扣的Walmart GC所以也没啥研究。 |

人生完整了！
今天浏览一个常用来买东西的email帐号，突然看到前几天收到的almart的一封邮件，
说买的一个东西ship出来了。最近只是在walmart买过dvd,很少从它那买东西。赶紧点
link一看，是个200多的router！6天前买的，再查shipping 记录，还在fedex transit
中。
赶紧打电话给walmart,接电话小姑娘查了我的帐号，很小心的问：你刚才blabla的说的
是哪一个order? K, 难道还买了别的东西？再仔细看记录，妈的一个router买了两次！
！第一个寄到我的地址 （不知道是盗号的人手哆嗦，忘该地址了，还是想先做个实验
），第二个寄到麻州，还有收件人的大名！
赶紧把walmart系统里的credit card信息删除，然后打电话给信用卡公司拒付，关卡，
