My policy from "One Guard" is expiring this month, the permium is up from
350 to 400+, and the new policy doesn't cover certain things like the
sprinkler system and the garage door opener unless you pay extra money. I am
considering switching to another company. I am in the process of looking. I
will let you know if I come across any good company with reasonable price
and I will keep you updated, if you find any good company let me know too,
please! |

wanted me to provide maintainance record for my AC system. Their customer
service is the worst if you talk to them. American Shield is better (I used
to use them)

Apparently somebody also posted unsatisfied experience with Allied Home
Warranty. So I don't know how much credibility this list really has.

couple of times, all have been good experiences.
If it's not because of the raised premium and reduced coverage, I wouldn't
have to switch. |

295, it covers the A/C, Heating, Plumping, Water Heater systems only. But I
guess that's pretty much what I needed anyway, I may go for that! |

保的内容倒很全面，包括了 garage door opener, washer and dryer, sprinkler，但听说网上的feedback不好。 |

the more expensive the repair or replacement, the more likely home warranty
companies are to find excuses to deny it. |
