？有人有具体的complaint的格式和内容吗？希望哪位大牛知道办法，给指点一下吧。

发帖数: 1676 | 5 春节期间用united的信用卡帐户，用aa的信用卡支付买了三张回国往返的机票。刚才无
意中发现united的reward mile已经到账，分别是单程7386 mile，往返一个帐户接近
15000。是不是united的 reward直接是按照飞机的飞行里程来算的呀？
三个人中两个大人，都有united的帐户，小孩按照united的规定不能申请帐户，因此这
个reward没拿成。我们机票一共花了才2500不到。如果是按照三个大人来算，就可以拿
到接近45000点回来。一张往返国内的机票reward需要65000点。以前听板上说united的
点可以算到1.3到1.6.那45000点可以值接近650元。然后reward的机票是不是又可以拿
点，大概12000点，这个没有证实，呵呵！
按照我这个算法是不是united的机票就相当于30%off了呢。最后往返的机票价格就不到
600块了。
另外请教，小孩买机票没有mileageplus number是不是就没办法了。大家有没有试过其
他办法用小孩子的机票拿reward。 |

网上加的时候，有提示的，很清楚呀。第一次加的时候，按照它家说的一步一步走就成
了。
你也别急，可以：
1。打电话问。
2。等一两个星期，看看是否这个发票进了你的reward account，要是没有，再试着加，反正（好
像）三个月内都可以加的。
另外，你若没有买别的东西（不是free after reward)，十月份你是拿不到reward的，OD的
reward要求你买其它东西的钱数超过reward的数才给全部的reward。。。。否则，只给你买其它
东西的钱数。。。。。详细情况，自己做点功课，我说的也不是official的。

rewards，满50减10给15 rewards，还有5off50和15%coupon。。。。。。n个胖子可以
合用，最后买130多，oop60多，拿80多rewards，再重新load coupon，继续下单，sd有
人下了三四单，rewards越滚越多了。可惜我看到时候deal不给重复用了，不过rewards

rewards，我记得是250 points可拿5刀的rewards，打电話去BB后客服說现在规定改了
，rewards是以每次order计算，不以total points算
以我这个case
749 = 749 points，未满750 points以500 points计算，可拿10刀的rewards。
299 = 299 points，未满500 points以250 points计算，可拿5刀的rewards
146 = 146 points，未满250 points，无法拿rewards。
这样的算法也太坑爹了吧 |

1. 可以买postage：系统允许，实际看小二
2. 可以拿staples的八折胖去寄ups/usps东西
3. no gc
4. 不能用od的merchandise credit或reward滚free after reward
不清楚：
SD上有满75折15的code或者其他pm，到底用了会不会毁了back to rewards？目前看起
来是pm后只会给pm等值的rewards，那满75折15的code用了也是一样效果吗？ |

转让两个Norweigen Cruise Rewards，可用于今年12月18号之前的6天或以上长度的行
程。每个reward可用于一个房间。每个价值$250，我$200一个转让，两个都要的话$380。
转让时需要你有Norwegian的Latitudes帐号，我直接转到你Latitudes帐号里。你在订
行程的时候就可以用这个reward支付一部分费用。如果你没有Norwegian的Latitudes帐

2. 我有过一次悲催的经验。不给退成store credit，只退了receipt上面那个余额（用
过rewards的mm应该都知道，其实rewards在用的时候是直接当做像coupon一样直接在
item价格下面减掉的），rewards的部分说是会折合成points返到卡上。。。折腾了好
几次，返回来的points都不对，最后也就算了。后来，用rewards买的东西，再也不敢
退了。。。 |

multiple accounts，然后给连到一个main account上去了。然后我想登录那个没拿到
rewards的帐号，出现错误信息：

然后我又试了几个其他的帐号，有些有这样的信息有些没有，那个main account顺利登
