qualified purchase吗，这大体上就是将来recycle ink后能到手的rewards了。俺理解
他前两句的意思是说，花了25.xx的rewards，这部分一定算ink recycle的qualified
purchase，至于其余的99.99-25.xx就不一定都能算qualified purchase了，所以才出
了$81.10的qualified purchase。这些顶多能match 81/3=27 个墨盒的ink recycling
rewards，哪来的33个墨盒？
个人理解，回收墨盒数额，qualified purchase，哪个少就发哪个数额，另一个的余额
自动roll over，不知道对不对

但是现在发现3个账户12月份的rewards 都在1月5-10号被redeem了， 都是在NJ的不同城
市用了。奇怪的是我上个星期看的时候一个还在啊？

oupon 有可能连号会被盗用，没想到真发生了~
请问这种情况有方法解决吗？

earned的rewards都会issue.我说其实Staples可以很容易地阻止这种事情发生，店里用
rewards买东西一定要看rewards card，coupon跟card match才能用，online order也
一样，必须和一直用的acct 连起来才能用。客服说staples是这样要求小二的，不过小
儿才懒得care |

$100的估计都是个人自己算的。这个我观察了一下rewards number，其实很好算。前5
位都一样，后面就是你的10位rewards 帐号+1位。也就是说只要算出你的rewards
帐号就可以了。现在电脑这么快，11位数用强力算法估计就一会儿功夫的事。
所以Staples要给你改帐号，因为rewards被盗用你的帐号肯定也被盗了。 |

刚刚才开始回收墨盒，上个月第一次拿到40块钱，很happy，就去staples买东西，买了
半天，check out发现不够40，还有一点钱剩下，居然还打印出另外一张coupon写着剩
余的钱，没有注意coupon号码是不是一样，但有效期好像一样。
所以就想，在reward出来之后，马上打印到staples买个小东西，reward就不是整数了
，估计盗的人很难在ebay上卖吧。
顺便说下，觉得staples的reward客服好nice啊，给ld也注册了一个reward帐号，傻傻
的用了相同的地址，只好打电话过去merge，最后说是要给60reward， 40 + 20.

transfer到新帐号去。也就是说所有的rewards就没有了。
请教各位有没有办法对付这个问题啊？Staples太过分了，我什么都没做就搞成这样，
