辛辛苦苦折腾开了个卡，用来消费。累积的rewards 全被废。
原因是连续六个月没有使用，被close了，一旦close，里面的point全部forfeit。
回顾一下真是辛苦。
rewards 一共$29.00，第一次打电话去要是上年了，说是必须等卡开满一年。
自己算着满一年了，第二次打电话去要，被告知必须累积到100才给寄支票。argue 了
一番，对方同意说寄支票，但需要4～8周processing。
第三次打电话去check时，被告知rewards余额为零，无法redeem。然后开始argue为什
么以前有余额，现在没有了，说因为账户被close了，里面的rewards自动被forfeit。
当时气得问他们为什么每次听到不同的解释。为什么上次没有被告知有这回事。要求给
他们的supervisor谈。

这下好了，这个月chase freedom卡被强迫转成了ultimate rewards卡。登录那个
ultimate rewards账户里面找了半天，发现只剩下CO的100 gift card和一个
Presidential Club Access可以选择了，没有CO里程兑换选项了，BA、UA等其他公司更
是根本就见都不见了。
ultimate rewards怎么这么差啊？郁闷……

最近刚知道有这种reward checking，利息可高到3%以上。想申请一个。看到
Americanet bank 1万以下的reward checking可以到4%，每个月10次消费，而且不用
direct deposit.心动，想申请，仔细一看说明，原来每个月要有5元的费用。另外在汇
钱的时候汇出每次不超过2500，而且汇出的时候每次要交20-25元。这样一算下去，实
际也就3%的利息。网上好像对这个银行的review也不太好。

发帖数: 23 | 48 一直用boa的cash rewards信用卡，前两天显示rewards是287了，上个月花了1400多刀
，显示earned 是14刀。打算凑到300刀，兑换125%就不再用这个卡。
今天查了一下，rewards才增加刀291刀。打电话过去，接线的哥哥瞎说了半天，说就应
该是291刀。请问是否他们搞错了？有没有可能查rewards的history？
感觉boa就是个烂货啊。 |

发帖数: 2076 | 49 其实lz可以通过ultimate reward mall里的商家来book ticket，travelocity是2x
extra points, 比直接用这个ultimate reward来book还多1x points，priceline，
orbiz都是1 extra points，基本和这个Ultimate reward booking一样，不过
priceline他们book post的points都是税前的，不是total amount paid..这个
ultimate reward看起来貌似是total amount. |
