your strain measure at any strain level. They are not limited to large strains.
Some of the strain measures are:

常的sharp说明A环的反应非常的快。

一些10 x 10 um的方形窗口阵列（就是窗口里上膜被etched了，下膜被露出），经过简
单的热处理，上膜的某些特定的地方会穿孔，自己形成一些纳米的小洞，排成一套新的
小孔阵列。
我认为两层膜之间有strain，上膜的窗口阵列造成了这个strain形成了pattern，导致
strain集中在特定的地方，从而那些地方格外脆弱，很容易被热处理剥蚀掉。

发帖数: 613 | 6 好不容易熬过了早期的spotting，没想到又出新状况了。22周了，最近有点断断续续的spotting，不是天天有。打电话给医生，被告知三周前的B超结果非常好，没什么异常。让做个cervical exam。被poke了一下之后又告诉我一切正常。医生说当排除了其他可能之后，有的人就是会有些spotting，只要不是大量bleeding就没事。她还说很多因素会导致spotting，像sex，heavy lifting， straining due to constipation etc。我回忆了一下，只有straining最可能，可是我不是很费力的那种straining，难道也会导致出血？想问孕中期的姐妹有没有类似经历。希望宝宝一切都好呆到足月。多谢！ |

你有没有注意到你用DH5a的时候菌有没有长得很慢,或者clone很少的情况
有的时候这些东西对他们来说太过于toxic,所以活下来的都是有deletion的
(DNA水平的toxic,或者有表达系统的basal leaking)
没太好办法,如果是蛋白水平的,你可以试着加glucose
如果是DNA水平的,你可以有2个办法
1.换strains
2.还是用某个strain,然后大量做,用原位杂交的方法检测完整性(自己设计杂交引物)
这样可以大批量的筛几万个clone,最后应该可以筛出来

can measure, deformation is a more general word. Nevertheless, I think your
advisor is roughly right.

偶在clone一些highly structured DNA segments, 不长，也就100bp左右
但是在DH5a里，测序发现大部分都只剩下10bp左右的一小段尾巴了。。。哭。。。
老板说可能是因为很多时候host不喜欢某些外源片段，特别是我这种highly
structured
很可能就发生deletion了
请问有哪位高人有这方面的经验吗？
知不知道什么strain比较能tolerant这种unstable segments？
我现在找到了stratagene的SURE 2, 不过stransformation efficiency 好像很低，还
是有很多不长
还有比sure 2更好的推荐吗？

's Icelandic style skyr strained non-fat yogurt，第一次吃，印象很好，推荐作
为Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt换口味的酸奶。。。Siggi's口味有很多种，我买的是
蓝莓味道的：
跟Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt比，它稍微稀一点，酸一点，但是成分也很天然，100
大卡有14克蛋白质，9克糖。我刚才用它抹了家里最后两片Trader Joe's 100% rye
bread，一共300卡，吃完了以后很撑！恩，我是主张饮食尽量多样化的，吃多了Fage
total 0%想换口味的可以试试这个，嫌Fage太干太腻的也可以试试这个，这个口感挺滑
的，就是更酸点。长期看，我还是更喜欢Fage。

你如果看过这部剧 就会觉得非常cliche， 在一定程度上，
整个故事和每一个情节都是其他剧用过的， 毫无新意
小范围情况下基本无悬念。。。
但是大家演技都不错， 特效也挺好， 表现手法突出
却也看地欲罢不能， 就像Destiny 这个游戏
一边吐槽， 一边玩， 不过估计玩到全紫装了，

，耐药性marker的基因也P出来了，下面亟需验证KO和wildtype属于同一个strain。我
想过whole genome sequencing和pulse-field electrophoresis或者RAPD，但暂时没有
条件做。而16s只能验证到species。所以上来请教各位前辈，有没有其他的办法来验证
