一个在talk的flyer上是明确写着joined with xxxx,
另一个是老板的大块内容，只是在其中一段重点讲我的东西，只是slides上简单列个文
章名字和作者。
给talk的地方都还不错，所以很想试用这个facts，
但怎么用？
算引用，还是作为个事实放在petition letter就完了？
我target的是eb1a。

You are doing all the right things! However, one year may be too short. Once
you have a high-profile manuscript accepted, ask again to give an invited
talk.
In addition, when you publish papers, ask to be a co-corresponding author
with your PI and list your email. This way, you will receive many emails,
asking you to give talks, review manuscript, contribute manuscript, etc.
In the mean time, you may want to try some China-hosted conferences, where

enough. So I think you should talk about your research detail in a way that

impact or good enough.
Plan well for the recommendation letters. eg, talk one paper in one letter
and another paper in another paper. Then in PL, you can claim all of your
papers are important by citing from your recommendation letters.

如果有引用，有评奖，或者可以弄到邀请人写对邀请talk对象的标准，那么还可以延伸
为contribution。
否则一切都是routine的性质，不能归类为outstanding的范畴。 |

偶恍然大悟,原来如此,他是要想换取一个偶给他的好分数呢,哈哈...
偶毫不犹豫的给了他一个excellent!就这么结束了偶生平第一份工作的annual talk.

Talk，也叫TalkTalk，应该是今年四五月才推出的，不过现在好像已经很有人气了，能
看到有几百万人同时在线使用。语音音质很不错，低频宽需求，群聊打游戏效果挺好的。
除了聊天，这软件上好像还有一些live shows之类的房间，有美女帅哥唱歌跳舞，还有
卡拉OK房间之类的，还蛮特别的，具体不是很清楚，我自己只用它跟朋友群聊打【英雄
联盟】之类的游戏，有兴趣的可以自己去看看。
